Clem Ziroli III was born in Southern California. He grew up with a keen interest in business and community service, elements that would later become significant pillars in his life and career. Clem pursued his early education in California before moving to Las Vegas in his adolescent youth, where he attended Bishop Gorman High School. His academic journey continued at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science. During his university years, Clem's interest in Real Estate and asset management began to blossom, leading to extensive hands-on experience in these industries.
Clem's professional career has been marked by significant roles and accomplishments, reflecting his commitment and expertise in the real estate sector. His achievements include being a successful Real Estate sales professional and Asset Manager with Diamond Creek Holdings (DCH), a Las Vegas-based commercial property management and investment firm. DCH currently manages and owns over 600,000 square feet of industrial, commercial, and residential investment properties nationwide. Additionally, in 2018, Clem served on Former Congressman Cresent Hardy’s US Congressional Campaign, where his love for politics and public service grew.
In his personal life, Clem is a private individual who enjoys spending his free time with his family and engaging in activities such as fishing and off-roading. His passion for community service remains strong, and he desires to pursue a life of public service as an elected official.
