Personal Writings

A Poem I wrote recently on  the Second Amendment.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I love my right to bear arms, and my poem "Unwavering Resolve" highlights my love for guns and the right to keep and bear arms. I hope you enjoy!

Unwavering Resolve: 🇺🇸

In my hand, a tool of steel,

A symbol of my freedom's zeal,

A right enshrined in law and heart,

To keep and bear, a sacred part.

The Second Amendment, so clear and true,

Protects my choice, my point of view,

Though some will say my guns should go,

I know that keeping them is so.

For when the danger comes to call,

And chaos lurks behind each wall,

I'll stand with honor, bold and true,

And do what I must to make it through.

For those who seek to take my right,

I'll stand and fight with all my might,

I’ll hold my ground, unflinching, strong,

Until the right to bear arms belongs.

So here I stand, a silent voice,

A citizen who will not be coerced by noise,

I won't be swayed or forced to bend,

My rights I'll keep, until the end.

And in the end, we'll hold the line,

And keep our rights, until the time,

I’ll keep my guns, right by my side,

To keep and bear, until I've died.

And when the time comes to defend,

My rights that I won't rescind,

I'll roar with pride, a voice so clear,

A citizen, who holds freedom dear.

Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed my work, "Unwaivering Resolve".
